1. Reservation Process
Online Booking: You can make reservations through our website or any of our partnered booking platforms: Goibibo.com, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip.com, Agoda, Tripadvisor.in, Priceline, and Bluepillow.in.
Phone and Email Booking: You can also book your stay by contacting us directly via phone at +91 9526133143 or email at info@paddiholidays.com.
2. Payment Terms
Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable for bookings made for weekends and peak dates.
Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and cash.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In Time: 1:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and additional charges. Please inform us in advance if you require early check-in or late check-out.
4. Guest Identification
All guests must present valid identification (passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID) upon check-in. This is mandatory for security purposes.
5. Booking Modifications
Changes to Reservation: Any modifications to your booking, such as changes in check-in or check-out dates, room type, or number of guests, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to request any changes.
Last-Minute Changes: Modifications requested within 3 days of the check-in date may not be accommodated.
6. No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive on your check-in date without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the total booking amount will be forfeited.
7. Special Requests
Room Preferences: We will do our best to accommodate special requests (e.g., room location, bed type) but cannot guarantee them.
Additional Services: Requests for additional services such as airport transfers, special amenities, or celebration arrangements should be made at the time of booking or as early as possible.
8. Group Bookings
Group Reservations: For group bookings of 5 or more rooms, please contact us directly for special rates and booking conditions.
Group Policies: Additional terms and conditions may apply for group bookings, including deposit requirements and cancellation policies.
9. Children and Extra Beds
Children Policy: Children of all ages are welcome. Please specify the number and ages of children in your booking request.
Extra Beds: Available upon request and subject to additional charges. Maximum occupancy for each room type will apply.
10. Pets
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at Paadi Holidays to ensure the comfort of all our guests.
