Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please review the details below.
1. General Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount will be deducted.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel your booking between 3 and 6 days before your check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund (excluding the cancellation fee).
- No Refund: Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you cancel within 3 days of your check-in date.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings
We are unable to offer a refund for non-refundable bookings, which include weekends and/or peak dates. This will be communicated during the booking process.
3. Early Check-Out
If you decide to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, no refunds will be issued for the unused nights.
4. No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive on your check-in date without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
5. Modification Policy
Any modifications to your booking, including changes to the check-in or check-out dates, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to request any changes.
6. How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, please contact us directly via phone or email. Make sure to provide your booking details, including the reservation number and the name under which the booking was made.
